Each step is split into several small bitesized videos so you can dip in even if you only have 10 minutes.

  • Karen LIVE once a month for your questions. On the first Tuesday of each month, for a year, join Karen live on zoom at 6PM to be part of the dry knickers community and ask your questions so you get full clarity and total confidence that you are doing it right. 

  • 10 full 35 -minute exercise classes (pregnancy, postnatal and baby wearing safe) that you can do in one go or break up into ten minute sections. Choreographed to music and with an instructor who will make you laugh - because otherwise exercise is boooooring!!!

  • Extra core focused exercises so you can get the hang of how you use your pelvic floor and stomach muscles in exercise.

My mission is to support women to feel strong and powerful in their bodies. I want women to feel physically ready for childbirth and fully recovered after having a baby so they can enjoy active adventures and make gorgeous memories without worrying about whether their body can.

 

My approach nurtures the female body carefully and safely into exercise. I call bull to the 'get fit quick' and 'bounce back into your pre pregnancy body' hype and encourage you to nurture your body carefully to strength giving it the time it needs to become strong and stay strong forever. 


I feel passionate about calling bull to the worlds messages that tell us that our bodies should be smaller, thinner, more toned and our skin smoother. When you are around me be prepared to look at your body in a different light. A light that shines incredibleness, enoughness and your body is perfect as it is ness onto every inch of you. (Yeah - I know they are not real words - but they made sense in my head)
