Hi There, I am Karen Ellis, a Postnatal Rehabilitation Coach
I help women who have previously had a baby build up a strong fully functioning core for life. I have previously been a midwife and I am a mum to two, so I have personally experienced and joined other women on the journey we take our bodies through to carry, birth and bring up our babies.
I believe, to keep our postnatal cores strong we need to learn to connect and strengthen or pelvic floor and abdomen. Whilst moving in good quality, strong movements day to day in our active lifestyle. If we are able to do this effectively then we do not have to rely on daily Kegels, Wahoo!
