What is included
Postnatal Rehabilitation Online Course - The course is step by step bitesized videos that are easy to digest so you can fit them in whilst you are nap trapped or feeding your baby. This is where I will blow your mind and you will learn a heap load about your body and have lots of 'Ahhhhhhhh' moments. Im excited for you to learn.
Three live (optionally) baby wearing safe postnatal exercise classes per week - *Term time. Developed and choreographed to music by a former midwife (thats me!) Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10AM via zoom. Hands down the best way to start your day with or without your baby in a carrier. Disclaimer - expect to smile and laugh a lot.
Unlimited access to class playbacks - A whole library of past classes available to access at any time for the days your little one has other ideas or you have other plans.
Extra hand holding - The opportunity to ask me questions live after classes, via the Facebook group or on email. I am here for you every step of the way.
A community of like minded new mums - I watch these mums hold each other up and support each other through the highs and lows of motherhood. It is really an incredible community to be part of. Accessible in the private Facebook group.
Ran by former midwife turned Postnatal Rehabilitation Coach, Karen Ellis. The online membership is the place for new mums to have their hand held on their journey to a body they know will confidently allow them to negotiate adventures with their children. You will do this within a group of inspiring like minded mums whilst acknowledging how incredible the body that gave you a baby is. It is tricky to fit exercise in around a new baby which makes exercising with your baby at home the perfect solution.
You will start your journey with a step by step course of bitesized videos that you can watch easily when you are nap trapped, taking you through rehabilitating your core and giving you the knowledge you need to feel confident and safe. You will then practice everything you have learnt during three live super fun baby wearing exercise classes to upbeat music per week. Having access to unlimited playback classes means you don't ever have to miss a class if you are otherwise engaged with a poonami.
You can call on some extra hand holding whenever you need it at the live Q and A’s, in the Facebook group or by emailing me privately. With the membership you will become part of a truly inspiring community of strong, likeminded new mums that hold each other up.

Mondays 10AM, Wednesdays 10AM, Fridays 10AM *

- Classes are 35 minutes long with zero anxiety about leaving your baby to exercise as you access the classes from your own lounge on zoom with the option of carrying your baby. Feel confident you are exercising safe as I prompt you to action what you have learnt in the Postnatal Rehabilitation course throughout the classes.
- Choreographed to upbeat feel good music with a dash of laughter and smiles so you forget you are even working out as you are swamped with happy endorphins giving your mental health a boost. Unlimited playback’s of the live classes
- Feel comfortable exercising at your own pace as you choose from the different levels thought the workout. This means you can carefully ease yourself back into exercise or give yourself an advanced workout dependant on where you are on your postnatal journey and how much you slept last night.
- Classes can be done with or without your baby in a carrier. It is usually a 50/50 split of mums choosing to carry their baby or have them next to them playing. Its entirely your choice.
*Live classes are term time only. But there is a whole library of many past classes you can access on the weeks there are no live classes. Plus we can hold you accountable in the Facebook group.

I am Karen, former midwife turned Postnatal Rehabilitation Coach. After deciding to leave my career as a midwife I am now on a mission to hold the hands of new mums on their journey to building a strong, confident post baby body so they can withstand the physical challenges their future motherhood adventures take them on allowing them to be their best version of mum.
My approach nurtures the newly postnatal body carefully and safely bringing women back to exercise. I personally find standard exercise boring. So, I bring exercise classes that are choreographed to upbeat happy music to give it that fun twist, with a bit of laughter and silliness added in for good measure.
After my 6 year old looked at herself in the mirror and said ‘I hate my body’ I have been on a personal mission to understand the message the world is giving us and our children about what our bodies should look like and blimey has it been eye opening. Our bodies are flaming awesome, they have grown and birthed an actual human being. That baby you are looking at…….. you made them. I mean, wow! I go against the grain of what society says our post baby body should look like and instead encourage women to grow their post baby body strong whilst acknowledging how incredible it is however that may look.
So, here I am ready to help you, a new mum, build a strong core and body, learn to acknowledge how flaming incredible it is and feel amazing in it. Let’s go!
